Want free Chipotle for a year? The opportunity is here.
For a limited time only, burrito enthusiasts of Columbus will have a chance to win a year’s worth of the food by spotting a special “unicorn bike.”
Chipotle Mexican Grill has partnered with CoGo Bike Share to add a bike painted with avocados, dubbed the unicorn bike, to the latter’s fleet. The unicorn bike will appear among 300 CoGo bikes at one of the companies 30 stations.
Those fortunate enough to glimpse the bike anytime from July 12-25 should post a photo on social media with the phrase #ChipotleBike.
Seven bike spotters will receive a Chipotle swag bag featuring a tote, water bottle, t-shirt and dinner for 10 in addition to CoGo prizes. One lucky participant will take away the grand prize: 52 burrito bucks, good for one burrito a week for an entire year. All winners will be notified via social media.
The contest will end after July 25, but the bike will be available to riders at CoGo stations until September.
The contest, part of Chipotle’s community integration efforts, allows the company to support a like-minded local business. CoGo Bike Share and Chipotle both aim to cultivate a better world through their businesses. Chipotle does this with responsibly raised ingredients while CoGo provides accessible alternative forms of transportation to Columbus residents.
In addition to its partnership with CoGo, Chipotle has partnerships with Columbus organizations such as Jorgensen Farms and Columbus Craft Beer Week.
