The Olde Pickerington Farmers’ Market is open for its second year through Sept. 25.
The market is open rain or shine on Thursdays from 4-7 p.m.
A total of 26 vendors will attend, offering locally-grown, fresh-picked produce, home-baked goods and handmade crafts. Vendors range from Berry Family Farm, which offers hormone-antibiotic free meats, to Silver Bridge Coffee Company, which offers freshly roasted, fair trade, organic coffee.
Shaded picnic tables are offered for attendees who pick up food to eat right away at the farmers’ market, such as wood-fired pizza from Pompeii’s Inferno.
The market takes place at 89 N. Center St., just north of Olde Pickerington Village.
The market is sponsored by the non-profit Olde Pickerington Village Business Association. Questions may be directed to Market Manager Leslie Markworth at pickfarmers@hotmail.com.
